Cancellation of the booked appointment must be notified by registered mail or e-mail.
60 days before the day of arrival
The advance payment will be refunded, i.e. the reservation costs in the amount of 100% of the advance payment or by choosing a new reservation date of the same or the following year.
30 days before the day of arrival
The advance payment will be refunded, i.e. the reservation costs in the amount of 50% of the advance payment or by choosing a new reservation date of the same or the following year.
15 days before the day of arrival
There is no refund of advance payment or reservation costs, but it is possible to choose a new reservation date for the same or the next year.
Prices and pricing rules
The listed price is per person for one night.
An extra bed for a child up to 10 years old – €15/bed/night
Terms and Payment Conditions:
Reservation confirmation: Advance payment of 30% of the total accommodation amount is required.
Reservation cancellation must be communicated via registered mail or email:
- 60 days before the arrival date, a refund of the deposit will be made in the amount of 100% of the paid advance or by selecting a new reservation date for the same or the following year.
- 30 days before the arrival date, a refund of the deposit will be made in the amount of 50% of the paid advance or by selecting a new reservation date for the same or the following year.
- 15 days before the arrival date, no refund of the deposit will be made, but it is possible to choose a new reservation date for the same or the following year.
The remaining balance for accommodation is paid upon arrival in cash or via bank transfer.
